Good despite terrible sound
The band did a great job. Whoever was running the sound should consider a career change now. The whole mix sounded like it was being pushed through 2 8-inch speakers -- one left and one right. A rank amateur with no knowledge of the equipment couldn't have done a worse job. I also imagine it sounded very cool -- I wouldn't know thanks to a completely incompetent sound man. The Public Image Ltd started with an excellent choice -- "Jesus Is Just Alright". And it kept getting better and better. At one point in the show, the sax and pedal steel were doubling each other -- or so I imagine. Seriously, fire that guy! Hopefully, someone told them it was because the audience couldn't understand half of what they were saying/singing/playing. There were definitely times when one could tell the band was frustrated by the lack of reaction by the audience. Despite this, the band triumphed and the audience had a good time.
